SOUP MIX POTATO & LEEK

First sauted the mixture in some butter until the leeks are slightly soft,then simply bring the potato and leek mixture to a boil once you’ve add some vegetable or chicken stock.The potatoes won’t take long to soften,You can mash it up depending on the desired consistency.Add some double cream and then season with salt and pepper.Enjoy and please share.
